Forrester refers to it as \u2018<em>Digital Process Automation<\/em>,\u2019 while IDC and many other bodies use the term \u2018<em>Intelligent Process Automation<\/em>\u2019. In a nutshell, Hyperautomation is a collection of technologies that enable the total transformation of an organization&#8217;s processes with a unified and intelligent system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Hyperautomation has evolved?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">In terms of how Hyperautomation has evolved, it&#8217;s evolved in many ways. We are witnessing an increase in the power and prominence of technology tools such as robotic process automation (RPA). Low\/no-code solutions. Also, there is a lot going on in event driven architecture and its maturity really and greatly helps in the automation initiatives within an enterprise. RPA tools allows you to easily hook your workflow to any event that happens across your application platforms. This is really a game changer. Process mining on the other hand allows you to analyze (mine) the processes, suggest improvements to the processes, very well. So, the technology has evolved to be a lot more intelligent than it was.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Couple of years ago, we observed that the focus was more on automating the back-office processes. &nbsp;Now that I see, organizations are confidently shifting focus towards customer-focused processes as Hyperautomation evolved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mumas.in\/techguide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/hyperautomation.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"986\" height=\"527\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mumas.in\/techguide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/hyperautomation.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1213\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.mumas.in\/techguide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/hyperautomation.jpg 986w, https:\/\/www.mumas.in\/techguide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/hyperautomation-300x160.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.mumas.in\/techguide\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/12\/hyperautomation-768x410.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 986px) 100vw, 986px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Conversational AI or chatbots are simple examples of this where you&#8217;re actually putting a machine or software in front of the customer and it&#8217;s a software and obviously the analytics that&#8217;s underpinning it that&#8217;s interacting directly with the customer. So, this is the shift in the confidence that customers and organizations are having today to use automation more and more for customer-facing initiatives, and not just for back-office use cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cHyperautomation initiatives has grown, and investments continue apace in 2022.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What are the top trends in Hyperautomation for 2022?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Below are some of the top analyst predictions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hyperautomation would increasingly take center stage in mainstream business operations across industries.<\/li><li>Organizations would continuously invest in multiple and concurrent Hyperautomation initiatives.<\/li><li>As-a-service models are a trend &#8211; because of their affordable and ready to use nature.
